the format of yoga days
The mornings start with a long yoga session (two and a half hours) followed by lunch and the afternoons have a shorter, more meditative yoga session. The lunch break is long so there is time to go for a short walk after lunch for those of you who'd like to. A little more stretch and challenge for those of you who are looking to further develop your practice, and plenty of space for stillness for those of you who are new to the practice. Beginners are welcome on all yoga days.

Our family expanded in 2008, we now have a baby son, Oakley. So life has changed greatly for us. We continue to run the Yoga Days with the addition of lots of smiles, giggles and gurgles at break times

In order to accomodate our new arrival and to create more comfort and simplicity in our work and home life we also made changes to the Yurts in which we live. We have connected all of them together creating quite a Palace. Those of you who have been to Yoga Yurts before will see a big change when you next visit

We are lucky enough to have a few Sweatlodges this summer with the return of Paul and Barbara from Portugal. Please see the dates to the left.
